Take time out with onsite childcare! Allow our caring and attentive nannies take care of your little one while you focus on rebuilding your strength from the inside out. My Fit Mumma classes are structured around an assessment and awareness of the core and pelvic floor. Improve your overall strength and cardiovascular fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Thursday Term 2 will include 9 sessions over 10 weeks. Classes run weekly excluding Thursday the 23rd of May. Price per session works out to be $27 including onsite child care for 1 child. Please note that additional fees to apply for more than 1 child and it is important to contact me to check availability for this before booking.
